We currently deliver across the UK mainland (excluding some Highland areas). For details of our current delivery charges and zones please refer to our Delivery Information page.
All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to production processes. We do, however, strive to ensure that stated measurements are as accurate as possible. If you have any questions regarding product dimensions please contact Customer Services.
We work hard to ensure that we provide as full a description of our products as possible. However, errors can sometimes occur. If you have any questions regarding our products please contact Customer Services.
Our self assembly products are clearly indicated by a screwdriver icon. We also use an icon to illustrate those products which are fairtrade.
Due to individual web browser and printer settings it is possible that some product colours may differ slightly from that seen on your screen. If in doubt, always check the exact colour of a product by contacting Customer Services.
All orders must be paid in full, via our web shop payment system before they can be dispatched. All products remain the property of Interior White until payment has been made in full.
Prices are in UK Sterling and include VAT. They do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at the checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Interior White has the right to terminate, refuse or decline an order should the customer or the order not comply with these terms and conditions.
Interior White reserves the right, at any time, to make changes and corrections to the content of this site without prior notice.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order providing we have not already dispatched it. Please contact Customer Services as soon as possible on email@example.com, as you will be liable for delivery charges if we have already shipped the products. We will do our best to cancel the order if we can.
Returning faulty products
We want you to be completely happy with your Interior White purchase. If you discover a fault with the product once it is unpacked please contact Customer Services via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible – and no later than 30 days after you received the product – and we will sort out the problem without delay.
Returning non-faulty products
We are happy to operate a ‘no quibble’ policy which means that you may return non-faulty products to us within 30 days of delivery without explanation. Please call us to arrange the return of the product. Please note that you must pay the return delivery charge and the product must be in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, with no writing on the box or other packaging material, for a full refund.
All orders are subject to availability. Product availability is displayed on this website. For out of stock items, you can email us for an estimated back in stock date.
